Enclustra interview questions

There is 3 rounds of interview. One with the talent acquisition and two with the manager. The last interview is at the company. The process is pretty clear and the interview is not made to trap you or challenge you but really to see if you would be a good fit for the role while being able to ask questions about the position and the company culture.

Unprofessionellstes Interview welches ich je hatte. Es wurde sehr schnell klar, dass der Interviewer (Geschäftsführer) selber nicht weiss wovon er spricht und trotzdem versucht fachlich relevante Fragen zu stellen. Einfach nur peinlich. Ungefähr 2 Monate nach dem Gespräch habe ich ein Telefonat erhalten, in welchem ich um etwas mehr Geduld gebeten wurde. Danach habe ich nie wieder etwas von dem Unternehmen gehört.
