Standard Interview Process: Phone Screen with Recruiter, Hiring Manager Interview, Panel Interview with Team.
1st Interview was with Director and Manager. Interview went well and they were able to describe the position and what the role would entail along with training. Two weeks passed before progressing to Panel Interview with Team.
Team seems very closed knit and can tell they were looking for someone that would mesh well with the current team. My background was more analytical and reporting heavy so thought process and work experience was very different. Panel interview was informal and they didn't really have a lot of questions to ask outside of how I would handle meetings and dealing with pushback from physicians.
Total process took approximately 7 weeks from Phone Screen to decision. Applied online mid-July and received decision by 2nd week of September.
