Submit resume. Short assessment (simple math and work association, personality assessment). HR interview. Department interview. Offer of employment (if applicable). The assessment is done from home now and is very simple, though I am not exactly sure how it is relevant. Interviews are typically comfortable and cracking a few jokes doesn't hurt as long as they are appropriate.

I was contacted by HR to interview. I then went into the office and interviewed with 2 people in management. I received a call the next day with a job offer.
