Endeavor Telecom interview questions

Submit resume. Short assessment (simple math and work association, personality assessment). HR interview. Department interview. Offer of employment (if applicable). The assessment is done from home now and is very simple, though I am not exactly sure how it is relevant. Interviews are typically comfortable and cracking a few jokes doesn't hurt as long as they are appropriate.

3 Interviews. First one was with the director of HR. The second interview was to take a computer test that took approximately 2.5 - 3 hours. Third Interview was with the general manager for the department.
