Thank you for attending the lighting auditor interview and providing your constructive feedback. Energy Network Services Inc. receives many resumes when a job posting is posted and undergo a number of interviews. When the interview takes place, the Manager and HR Representative do let candidates know that only the selected individuals will be contacted for a 2nd round of interviews. That being said, if you do not hear back from us within a reasonable amount of time than it can be taken that we have continued with other qualified candidates.
Please do note that as a company we interview many candidates and can not contact all individuals to state the status of their interview. That is why we state in the interview that if you are chosen to for the next round of interviews, than the HR representative will provide a call.
