A couple rounds of phone interviews then on-site interviews. Everyone was very nice and informative. HR coordinator was very helpful and really tried to find the position that fits the candidate best and also allowed a flexible time period for the candidate to make a decision after extending an offer.

They would have loved to have me at their office, but since I was not in Houston, we had to Skype Interview. Talked with HR, and two managers. Overall simple and easy going questions. They simply wanted to verify what's on the resume and see if I would be a good fit.
