Engine Digital interview questions

Very lengthy interview process (four meetings: phone calls x2, 1 on 1, and panel). The reason given for not getting an offer seemed like something that could have been decided based on steps 1 or 2.

I researched the company, and applied for the position online, per their job posting. I had a 30 minute telephone interview with the Finance and Operations Manager to be followed by an in-person interview with the Vice President of Operations. The final decision was to be made after the second interview with the VP.
