I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enthuse (London, England) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was a three stage interview process with the first stage being a chat about your experience and to answer any questions you might have about the role, the second stage was to prepare and deliver a mock presentation of a technology product of your choice to your prospective line manager and another manager and the third and final stage was an interview with the COO and your prospective line manager to answer any questions you might have and to ensure that you’re a good fit for the organisation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enthuse (Glasgow, Scotland) in Sep 2025
Interview
My interview experience with Enthuse was very positive. The process was friendly, transparent, and professional from start to finish. Each stage was clearly communicated, and I was provided with all the necessary information in advance. The interviews themselves were well-structured, with generous time slots that allowed for both in-depth discussion and the opportunity to ask my own questions. Overall, it was an efficient, engaging, and respectful process that reflected the company’s values and culture.
