I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. I interviewed and it went fairly well. They said I would hear on Monday. I'm guessing the recruiter thought it went better than the hiring manager who was also in the interview, because they never reached out and it's been several weeks. So they ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional.
