Thought interview went great based on the fact that the HR lady said to send availability for next interview. Sent my availability and followed up twice. Got ghosted. Superrrr unprofessional. Stay clear.

Scheduled initial phone screen. Very unprofessional. Discussed the position and both determined that this was an entry level position. Concerned that this young lady has too big a responsibility of interviewing candidates and representing the company in a positive way.. Especially as you scale, it is essential to be strategic in your Recruitment to build the best teams. Unfortunately, after my interview experience, I am not as interested in the opportunity. I expressed interest in the more senior level positions and was told “yeah, they would never go for that.” *I strongly recommend you work on your Talent Acquisition team.
