2 process interview, one phone screen the next in person. Turned out a big waste of time as the HR guy didnt seem to know what he was doing. He asked the exact same questions in person as he did on the phone and did not remember specific answers to my questions, so I had to repeat them. He and his sidekick just seemed unprepared and lacked the HR education and knowledge on how to conduct an interview. Michael needs to work to get an HR degree , as he seemed very green.
