Terrible communication 1st interview was rookie at best. The process is done by someone setting in another state who has no field or know of the area that they’re interviewing for . The HR DEPT is VERY Non experienced and sub par at best

Applied online and was called in for in person interview. I interviewed with with DM and assistant GM, process was smooth. I completed an assessment and was offered a position.
