I applied online and did not hear from the committee for 2 months. Then I received a call from a college professor and had a phone interview, after which I was invited to on- campus interview. I spent a day on campus and met with multiple department members, staff, students, and the dean of the college. During the day, I gave a talk to students and faculty members.
