Skype interview. Talked about experiences and interest in medical school. Very relaxed. Rest of interview was basically a conversation. I heard back within the week that I got the job. Lots of forms to fill out.
Submit online application. Did not hear from anyone for about 2 months so I reached out to the company. Several phone interviews. Your schedule and availability are the main deciding factors. They want your schedule vacancies to match with their physician's clinical hours. So if you are enrolled in school you should schedule your classes all day 2-3 days of the week so that you have 2-3 days a week completely free for scribing. On boarding process is PAINFULLY long. After hired the on boarding process took 1-2 months till I was physically in clinic. Overall great interviewers though and management.

Their main questions are regarding your future goals and plans. They are big on your time frame before applying to medical/PA/nursing schools to know how long they will be able to have you working with the physician.

I had a Skype interview, which only lasted about 20 minutes. It was straight forward the interviewer made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions, as well as giving me valuable information about the job and the process going forward if I were to get hired. They asked very general questions about the information on my resume and college transcript. As long as you can elaborate on your qualifications, you will be successful.
