The interview process was alarmingly simple. I rocked up, we talked about the business as a whole and the job specifically, then left, I then got confirmation that I had got the job a day or two later. I cannot state this strong enough, Do not work for this company if you have any respect for anybody. The culture erodes respect quicker than anything I have seen before. There were many comments within the 2 days I was there that were deeply alarming, indicative of a deeply toxic workplace
