Only 3 people in the pannel without staff representatives , Nevertheless, I had the impression that the questions mainly for insiders. No feedback after the interview even if I insisted,

it was easy but it is almost impossible to get it if you are outside the institutions. first email with the meeting date, not flexible then interview with around 3.4 people, future colleagues and hr altogether
In an agency of the Commission, first with a panel of 4 plus 1 HR, then with the Headbof Unit and finally with the Director. A mix of motivational question and technical specific based on the vacancy notice and the latest developments in the field.
