First step was an one hour contact with the HR. HR was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable, focused on my skills and asked the right questions. Then I took a 3 days tasks with 7 steps. Last step was a face-to-face interview. People in the company seemed very strict and the company seemed very structured. Didn't end up with an offer unfortunatelly but I would definetely recommend this company as a job place.

1) Small test project 2) On premises interview with developers and lead manager My experience was negative because of the response time and the working environment. The test was a minor project which needed some changes.
