Event 360 interview questions

It was positive and very conversational. The people I spoke with on the phone were really laid back. I applied through indeed and heard back within a couple days. Nothing out of the ordinary with the interview; definitely the nicest people I have ever spoken to in the hiring process.

Started with submitting application on line. This includes an assessment test that I believe is aligned with the job responsbility. After completing, HR called to schedule a meeting with the hiring manager and nearby staff. Had follow up phone conversations with key department heads that the role works closely with. Also sent writing samples as a follow up to conversation. After hiring manager confirmed interest in my candidacy, there was about two-three weeks of follow up before receiving a formal offer. The whole process took about 6-8 weeks.
