Everdays interview questions

The process was very disorganized. Missed calls. Late calls. Unkept promises. No communication for the most part, poor communication when there was. It was one of the worst interviewing experiences I've had in my very long career.

By the time they reached out it had been months since I had applied. First there was a brief phone interview, then an in-person interview, and then ANOTHER in-person interview. Generally it was pleasant, until the very final round with the EVP. Not only had he clearly never looked over my resume or portfolio but he had not communicated with the previous interviewers since I was answering the same question for the 4th time. The worst part though was the pretentiousness and arrogance when discussing my experience, the culture, and the company history. The interview ended with him reminding me that I was not the only candidate, but looks like months later they're still hiring... At that point I declined to continue the process - Luckily I don't need to work with toxic leadership.
