Standard set of questions during the phone interview.
During the exercise, you have three days and apparently should only take 90mins but that isn't the case. Take your time to look through all the products and double-check before sending it out, I wasn't successful and I been in support for nearly 10 years. I asked for feedback but due to company policy was not able to get any.

I applied online, they got back to me about 3 weeks later asking to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was approximately 20-30 minutes long asking about how I think I'd be a good fit, what big projects I've done etc.
At the end of the week they called me back and said I was better qualified for another position - so I wasn't offered the position.
