Very engaging and entertaining process. Different than any interview I’ve had. There were a few group assessments that tested you and had you work with other candidates. I do wish I could have spent more individual time with the leadership team but other than that it was a great experience!

The final interview was a group zoom call with 20 other candidates and 4 SDR managers. We each had to give a 3 minute presentation to the Pure Storage Employees answering the questions why we want to work in sales, and why we want to work at Pure Storage.

Standard phone calls prepping before the final interview. The final interview was held via zoom with 2 group exercises, q&a with the Pure team, then a private session where you were asked why they should pick you. Overall, good experience!
