Process took 4+ weeks. Was contacted by a recruiter and set up a time for a phone screen for a week later. Conversation flowed easily and he was very informative about the company. Told me how great my resume was and how I had unique experiences that would make me a great fit. After the initial phone screen I interviewed with four people on site- all managers of some sort. Questions were all behavioral based. The staff I met were friendly and professional. Interview seemed to go very well. At the end of it, I was told I would be contacted in about 2-3 weeks because they are still interviewing for the position. I never heard from them again. I contacted the recruiter via email and phone and he never responded to me. I called the company’s HR rep and she told me that they are still interviewing but to keep looking at “other positions” on the site. When asked if I would hear back regarding if this position is filled, she said no, they “don’t like to do that.” Very unprofessional to not notify your candidates if they did not get the position especially when they made a point to say they would.
