WORST INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE
(.Net Core, Sql Backend Dev)
After successfully completing 2 tech rounds of interview and getting shortlisted HR said my experience is not enough that's why they will not move forward with my profile.
Even when scheduling 2 rounds they were having many rescheduling of interviews. HR's don't have any inter communication and they don't know what they are doing! 2nd round got rescheduled 4 times!
So overall there are many management issues going on inside.
Interviewers were very good and humble, difficulty is low, interview went very smooth and interactive.

Interview
Very unprofessional. For an organization that lies in the health care domain, these people sure need to get disciplined and have an active communication line.
The interview was scheduled and I wanted to reschedule it as I was unwell. Not only did they not reschedule it, did not even get back to me when I asked for further updates. You would expect a healthcare organization to understand your situation but I guess unprofessionalism knows no bounds!

Question 1
They were just very unprofessional in rescheduling the interview. Also, when I kept asking them about the interview format whether its the coding round or systems design, they just wouldn't answer that!
