Evolito interview questions

My interview experience with Evolito was very disappointing and, in my view, unprofessional. The interview date and time were confirmed by email, and I responded to confirm my attendance. However, when the scheduled time came, no one showed up. I had also not received any meeting invitation or joining link before the interview. After this, I sent a follow-up email asking what had happened, but no one replied. This was not just a minor scheduling issue. Candidates invest time preparing for interviews and arranging their schedules around them. Being left waiting without any explanation, and then receiving no response afterwards, felt disrespectful. Based on this experience, I would have serious concerns about the professionalism and organisation of their recruitment process. This experience took place in September 2025, so I cannot comment on whether their recruitment process has improved since then. However, at the time, the communication was very disappointing and left a poor impression.
