I applied online. I interviewed at EwingCole (New York, NY)
Interview
I had 2 panel interviews. The first was with designers (mostly senior) and walking them through my portfolio and answering general questions, they were very kind in general. The second was with more director level team members, still good energy but with more deep questions being asked about programs I use, experience, etc.
Had two in-person interviews. The first interview was with two interior designers and second was with two project managers. Two interviews were a week apart. They do call references. The call was made after the first interview
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EwingCole in Jan 2018
Interview
Met with three intermediate designers that were very friendly and easy to talk to. Met with higher up designers for that was suppose to be "casual" but ended up very challenging questions. One designer looked at portfolio and immediately lost interest.
