Initial screening where you just talk with HR and do a small resume rundown, then a one round interview where you meet with the team and talk about behavioral questions
I had a 30-minute recruiter call, followed by a 2 30-minute interviews with members of the specific team I was interviewing for. The recruiter interview was entirely behavioral. The second-round interviews asked a few behavioral questions and questions about the experiences on my resume.
