Multi-stage interview with hiring Manager and supporting teams. Spent about 8 hours of my time for the interview process. They are extensive. Make sure to prepare for plenty of real-world examples.

Describe a time when you had to lead your team through process changes and what steps did you take to guarantee the team's success?
Too many layers and delays through the recruiting process. Took 4 months to say they had hired someone else likely a current employee they had picked along wasted my time
