I had been contacted via phone call and had gone through two phone screens; about 1 hour each. The whole process took about a month and a half. I was invited to their office for a 3 hour interview. They were not really clear as to what they were looking for in the individual they were hiring. The company seems to hype itself a lot; a little bit more than what it really is.
We're always looking for ways to improve the interviewing experience and setting clear expectations is important to us in all we do. Thanks for the feedback, it helps us get better.
I had similar experience like those mentioned here. Went through 5 interviews only to be told that I don’t have the skills they needed even though I was told that I would be a great fit during the interviews. I really wish if they rejected me early on instead of wasting their time and mine.
