      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Explore Horizons (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2018

      Interview

Very intense interview process. First round is a phone call from head of recruitment - this one is a fairly basic interview. Then you are offered a second round interview at an Explore Horizons center. Three parts to this interview - sales pitch, working with kids, basic interview questions. Then round 3 is at the head office. You have to do a presentation about yourself and another sales pitch and another interview. Lasts approximately 2 hours. Honestly, they are not accommodating for interviewees traveling from outside of the DFW area. The feedback I received during my rejection call was incredibly specific to this company and not something I can apply to other companies.

      Interview

3 rounds; phone, center, and head office. They give you feedback after each round for things to keep and things to improve on. You have to prepare a presentation for the head office round. The phone round is easy, make sure you show personality for the center round.
