Hello, thank you for your interest in a position at Explosive Advertising Inc. Your review is much appreciated. There are several incorrect things listed in your review and I’d like to list the facts for you. You stated that our admin told you over the phone that you would be paid $16 per hour. Our Recruiter has no authority to make offers of pay rates to applicants. It is possible that she gave you a pay range based on the position you applied for (Marketing Reps make $12 - $16/hr.). It is possible that you were offered a lower rate than $16 per hour based on our observation during your interview process. We offer a guaranteed based hourly rate and extra commission based on performance. With the hourly plus commission plan, high performers will make more money than under-performers. As far as being a pyramid, we are not. We have client Representatives, Trainers/Supervisors, Upper Management, Regional Managers, and an Owner. Obviously, the higher you are in the company, the more money you make; but that’s consistent with all companies. Finally, in your last sentence, you stated that employees who don’t make the company money would be let go. We invest time, money, and resources into our staff. So, we go through extreme measures to improve performance before letting anyone go. Even so, we still have company standards; but I don’t think that is a negative. Any company who hires and keeps staff that aren't benefiting the organization and costing business, wouldn’t be a successful company for long.
