Flown out to Natick office for all-day interview. Morning session involved technical presentation with followup Q/A with Thermal Sciences team, lab tour, one-on-one sessions with team members. Afternoon involved more one-on-one interviews. Behavioral and technical questions were asked, including hypothetical situations involving understanding of underlying thermodynamic/physical phenomena.
