Pretty average. Applied online, received a call for further information on background then was invited for an assessment day.
They had beverages, snacks and it was really engaging along with a few group activities then a one to one with the line manager and HR advisor.

No communication from recruiter - completely ghosted which is unprofessional and rude after several interviews. I followed up several times to see what was going on in the process and asked for a response regardless of outcome and never even received an automated email rejection. Would not recommend working here or using farfetch to anyone.
