I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FARFETCH (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Mar 2017
Interview
Brief phone screening less than one hour after I submitted my application - was very impressed by that speed
Skype interview with both a team peer and the potential manager - very focused on work methodology and numbers
Face to Face interview with the head of the department - more of an open conversation about both our views on how to optimise talent acquisition and what we believe has to be improved and furthered.
The process took 6 days. I interviewed at FARFETCH (Porto, Oporto)
Interview
First I received a 45 min call from a TA specialist do get to know my career path overall. Then, i move forward a second interview with the Manager where I was asked about my processional experience, and some case scenarios. Although they told me they would give me feedback in the next week, they never did. Even though, I tried to contact them several times. Never got a reply from them. So unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you know Farfetch values? What questions would you make to see if someone has that value? Have you ever faced a difficult interview? How did you deal with that?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at FARFETCH in Apr 2021
Interview
I had an interview for a talent acquisition specialist role in April. The feedback took a while to arrive and I received only an automated message. I still don't know why I was rejected.

Divided in three stages in order to evaluate if the candidate has skills related to their three main values. The feedback wasn't anything near fast but it was given 2 weeks after the last phase of the process.
