FDH Aero interview questions

Wasn’t too bad, but the person I talked to seemed very disrespectful and brushed off what I was saying. My interviewer seemed pretentious and it seemed like they were only looking for specific answers.

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and set up the interview. Good chemistry with the hiring manager. I checked off 99% of the boxes only lacking in a small area that could be learned in mere minutes. Received incredible feedback otherwise. My advice - be willing to compromise. Never having done a specific task that simply isn’t done almost ever on a daily basis in this field doesn’t necessarily constitute an inability to perform the task. I also think having a position open for 4 months is very telling that it may not necessarily be a candidate problem - but a management problem. This position appears for be a 3 for 1 type role. Anyone interviewing here should consider this before considering it.
