The interview process was relaxed but thorough. I was made to feel like a part of the team from the onset. I also got my feedback immediately the interview was over.

Straightforward process. Only two rounds of interviews before a decision is made. Interviewed for two roles here. Very competitive for roles but happy with the experience overall. Would be interested in how others felt the interview process was.

Great team interview with 5 team members attending. Felt comfortable the whole process and was in constant communication with Human Resources. Took about 45 minutes and the team was open, honest, and spoke freely about their experience.

Initial interview with recruiter who was a darling. The second interview was with hiring manager who was a bit tough. Third and fourth interview was with finance and strategic pricing directors. Strategic pricing director was a dream. Best interview ever!

It was fair and transparent. They asked technical and operational questions. They asked things that would aligned to Usaid requirements. They had multiple rounds of interviews and many people on the interview panel.

The initial recruiter call with a Durham recruiter was VERY off putting- She did not look at the camera the entire time she was speaking to me. Acted highly disinterested to be doing her job as a recruiter.

Good process overall and not too difficult in terms of what was required and asked. I was asked some general questions as well as some technical questions. The panel interview was great with supervisor and colleagues.
