One of the best Interviews that I ever had. The interviewers were professional and cool. The last interview was with the CTO and one of the founders and, I've learned a lot of things.

I have gone through two steps of interview and also an assignment. The first interview was with the tech lead. He asked about event loop, React VDOM and reconciliation and ... I've answered all of his questions and although he told me that the it will take a week to make a decision about this step, he gave me the feedback just at the end of the interview. Told me that "I enjoyed the interview a lot and you are accepted. So I'll send you the assignment in minutes." He sent the assignment for me. It was a simple web-app with two pages. The only requirements were to use Typescript and Next.js and to make the web-app responisve. I worked on it hardly for a week. I've written unit tests for almost all parts of application. A day after submission, they emailed me and asked for the next interview. Next one was with their CTO. It was not a great meeting (so cold). He asked some general and abstract questions. e.g." What do you think is important in APIs?" At the end of the interview, he told me that my task was very detailed (which as he said, is very important to German people). He appreciated the time and accuracy I put in) After about a week they rejected me for no reason. I asked for a feedback two times via email and once via Linkedin message but got no answer. I think that was an very unprofessional.
