FL Technics interview questions

I had a deeply unpleasant and unprofessional interview experience with FL Technics in 2023. The interviewer used offensive and inappropriate language, openly mocked me and the company I currently work for, and behaved in an extremely disrespectful and sarcastic manner throughout the conversation. What shocked me most was the repeated derogatory comments targeting my nationality and my current employer. The tone was not only unprofessional but felt intentionally demeaning, bordering on discriminatory behavior. It seemed clear to me that the interview was conducted as a mere formality. I strongly believe that they had already selected their preferred candidate and were simply holding additional interviews to give a false impression of transparency. This type of behavior is misleading and deeply disappointing.

Was supposed to be interviewed by the Head of the Department, but she never showed up and was interviewed by her right hand instead. That Head of Sales was recently fired though, which I guess is a good thing
