The interview process was very hands on-- meaning the majority of it was discussing the FR8 product, rather than describing past experiences or products. It was very conversational and collaborative, and you could tell they were getting a sense for whether or not we'd work well together, instead of asking irrelevant questions. The founders are ex-consultants, so the questions were consulting-esque at times, but no "how many ping pong balls could fit in this room" type of questions-- everything pertained to my experience or the product.
