It was fairly straight forward. First it was a video interview where you had to record your answers to the questions. The 2nd interview was the in person interview on site

If you’re selected, they begin by checking consumer report, if it’s favorable, you may move to a recorded video interview. They took a week to review that, and then I was contacted for a virtual interview. I was then contacted 24 hrs later that I was not selected.
I completed a background check, then a pre-recorded video interview. After they reviewed my answers, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview. At the interview, the supervisor and another employee, both from FSA, asked questions about my experiences and common interview questions. I received results about 3 days after my interview.
