      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at FUJIFILM in Mar 2025

      Interview

The process started with a call from the recruiter where he told me a little about the company and the team asked me several questions about my experience and current projects. Then we scheduled a technical interview where we talked about my experience and the things I'm currently working on. Most of the questions were related to JS, but the vacancy clearly says it's for working with backend with Python, C# and C++. I don't know why the interviewer insisted on frontend stuff. From that moment on, I knew I had wasted my time, and I just wanted him to finish asking his questions so I could leave. The workplace looks old, untidy and the elevator stinks of cigarettes, if you are someone who cares about details you will notice that. The only good thing about this interview was the ending.

      Software Engineer Interview

      Jul 22, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Morrisville, NC
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FUJIFILM (Morrisville, NC)

      Interview

The interview process involved three parts. First, two conversations with mid to higher-level employees and then, one with a direct hiring supervisor that involved a scenario-based evaluation of a typical software logic problem. Before the in-person interview, a preliminary screening was used. The preliminary questions were mixed: some code-based and some scenario-based.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What is it about the position that attracted you to apply?
