Interview process was straightforward and the team overall was really pleasant, polite, and welcoming. ONe of the better interview esperience I had had in quite a while. I'm bummed I didn't get it because everyone I met was really great.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FVM (New York, NY) in Sep 2021
Interview
It was a few meetings and an unpaid writing assignment. The writing assignment was a lot more work than they seem to realize, especially for someone who was unfamiliar with their brand and tech. If I could do it again, I would ask to get paid. It derailed my whole week.

Question 1
Typical questions but they weren't very specific so I wasn't quite sure how to give good answers. It seemed like the interviewer didn't care.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FVM in Jan 2010
Interview
Nothing too challenging.
Was asked about my previous work experience and how that may relate to this job. They seemed small but full of big plans and that made the position sound exciting. Was asked about challenges I've had in other offices and how I resolved those challenges.
I was specifically asked about how I felt the best way of growing a client relationship is. I met with a hiring manager and one of the original founders.
