Interview
Had to get resume turned in along with online app and interview with the area director. Then it was also reviews by other GM's. There was a personality test you have to take on the online application process.

I was asked how to bring on more money and sales, what would I do. Also had to tell them my knowledge about being a manager and what I would do for the restaurant.
