I had to wait for a bit since they were running behind time. Interview was informal and the area manager was very polite. Was a bit disappointed that I didnt get the job, but oh well

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult or rude customer.
Phone call interview asking about my experience and then given an interview date. Quick it was more like a conversation rather than an interview. Asked about myself and availability. Friendly interviewer.
No normal question asked as expected of an interview, He was speaking about his children so I do not know how they decided who gets the job. May have just been pure bias. I am not sure.
