I applied through a recruiter. They took around 2-3 weeks for scheduling first interview. First Interview was technical and you can expect many questions related to networking, front end and back end - basically all web related questions. Second round was with technical director and very much resume based interview and some business design related things, current design improvement etc type.Third Interview was with another director which was very much behavioral based interview but they give the maximum weight age to this interview. Last interview is the most critical and important which is very much like other companion's last round but play the main role in decision not like other companies where they check only for cultural fit or personality. I feel, The role is not much technical, so management feedback plays major role over technical team feedback.
