Stable environment with great discounts but also come with huge cost

- Very stable, good for long-term - Have 30% employee discount on Uniqlo and GU, etc products without limit - WFH 2 days a week

Cons

- Pay is OK if we compare to a normal Japanese companies but quite low if we compare to other tech companies. - Overall rule and policy is just too strict. If you're used to startup culture, you might won't fit here - There is a core time, so you need to arrive at the office before 9am and the office is too far - Even the company said flex time start from 2pm, nobody leaving before 6. People stay at the office and work until 7-8pm
