there is 4 stages: 1. first is normal career conversation with the peoples teams member. 2. is a task given 6 day to complete. 3. if you are good, they proceed to this stage ask you to present you stage 2 work and give you another scenario to propose a solution. 4. if you are in this stage you are over 90% success, they will just ask you some simple question such as your personal attitude etc.
