Your first interview is with HR, it's a quick screening process over the phone asking basic questions. The next interview is in person, and directly with the CEO (which took me a bit by surprise). He asks the standard interview questions and looks for qualities that would make you fit in well with the team (Eager, Adaptable, and Teachable are the big 3).
