Interview
Overall the interview process with Fed Square was smooth, well organised and I was kept in the loop with regular updates. It consisted of my online application, an initial phone call, a 1:1 interview, an online psychometric test, a group interview, a referee check and then the final confirmation call. All interviewers were friendly, welcoming and clear about expectations and the process from the start.
