Federal Companies interview questions

I interviewed with HR and it went very well. Then I interviewed with one of the owners and again it went very well. I was called back for one more interview, and it was a bit on the strange side. Not a normal interview. Afterwards, I was pretty sure I did not get the job. A week later I was notified the job was mine if I wanted it. Of course I wanted it, I was getting ready to be unemployed.
