Was first given a phone interview. Phone interview was over my college accomplishments and involvement. Did not go very deep into job history. Was brought in for an in-person interview and given an aptitude test. Everything went well. Waiting for an offer.

It was very informative but super involved for what is ultimately an entry level position. I do still feel like it’s hard to prepare a person for the claims world, which is rough, but I didn’t go in completely blind.

The initial interview lasted over 45 minutes and was very friendly. The conversation was more in-depth than expected, focusing mainly on my previous experience with detailed questions about my background and skills.

Excellent and thorough review process. I felt that I was able to know the company very well before deciding whether to pursue. They clearly got to know me very well with questions focused on examples of experiences I have had.
